First churn of the challenge landed this week. The number still closed up. Day 12 of 100, taking LinkedMash to $2k MRR with AI agents. Current: $201.50. Week 2 revenue, honest version: MRR went $189.50 to $201.50, up 6.33%. It peaked at $215 on Wednesday, then one customer churned (about $14) and pulled it back down. So the challenge counter dropped, $215 to $201.50. First time it's moved the wrong way. What held the line: the GEO work is compounding (801 crawler hits last week, an article, answer pages), and a paid user's bug got fixed and shipped the same day, so he stayed instead of leaving. Net for the week: up, even after eating a churn. The graph that only goes up is the one hiding the churn.

I launched my first SaaS (DoCV) exactly one year ago. The Product Hunt launch wasnβt promising: just 3 votes. I had no audience, no community, no beta users and no waitlist. All I had were a few Reddit posts. A year later, it has passed $2.7k MRR - slow and steady Not a single user came from X. I didnβt even start using X until six months after launching. Itβs been a rough year keeping it alive. Every user came through content, outreach and countless 1:1 conversations and now all from my own subreddit. The lesson? Be active where your users already live... not where the hype tells you to be.
I stopped selling MRR and went back to ARR for some but.. we are now at $2,930 MRR π Having done over $650,000 in ARR I wanted some monthly subscriptions for stability when tough times come round This is a tiny number, but we should hit $10kMRR in a few months with what is very little marketing rn Still insane to me that what started as a vibe coded project has come this far
