I made $20,500 in July 2026. π π€ AI Directories β $9,771 π€ Affiliates β $7,900 (BOOM! π₯) π₯· Stealth App β $2,500 (+$400 vs last month) βοΈ TransClipper β $50 (finally starting to convert!) I did it. I reached my $20K/month goal sooner than I expected. Next up: keep the momentum going and launch BrandReply. π My biggest dream is to build a house for my family, and every month I'm getting one step closer. I'll keep shipping, improving my products, expanding distribution, and helping even more founders grow. Let's keep building. πͺ
ActivitySmithReal-Time Monitoring on Your Lock ScreenI launched my first SaaS (DoCV) exactly one year ago. The Product Hunt launch wasnβt promising: just 3 votes. I had no audience, no community, no beta users and no waitlist. All I had were a few Reddit posts. A year later, it has passed $2.7k MRR - slow and steady Not a single user came from X. I didnβt even start using X until six months after launching. Itβs been a rough year keeping it alive. Every user came through content, outreach and countless 1:1 conversations and now all from my own subreddit. The lesson? Be active where your users already live... not where the hype tells you to be.
I stopped selling MRR and went back to ARR for some but.. we are now at $2,930 MRR π Having done over $650,000 in ARR I wanted some monthly subscriptions for stability when tough times come round This is a tiny number, but we should hit $10kMRR in a few months with what is very little marketing rn Still insane to me that what started as a vibe coded project has come this far
Quick Voibe update - Just went past $800 MRR π₯³ 90%+ of our revenue is from LTDs, MRR is a small portion, but growing at a healthy pace now.. Plus churn is 1% So the product is quite sticky.. We now have to figure out how can we charge more and sell bulk licenses to teams.. - Build utility features that customers have been asking for - Build features that encourage teams adoption - Raise prices (eventually price out the LTD and move all revenue to recurring) 2 major product updates - - We released the the windows app and have some great early feedback.. - We launched cloud hosted dictation.. which has significantly improved the quality of the outputs.. Have a few partnerships in discussions as well.. lets see.. π€ Marketing wise we had a dip in organic traffic because of the last Google update.. but ive refreshed the content and seeing some recovery now.. A a few more cool things coming up in Voibe in the next few weeks that I can't share right now π€« Excited π
