Quick Voibe update - Just went past $800 MRR πŸ₯³ 90%+ of our revenue is from LTDs, MRR is a small portion, but growing at a healthy pace now.. Plus churn is 1% So the product is quite sticky.. We now have to figure out how can we charge more and sell bulk licenses to teams.. - Build utility features that customers have been asking for - Build features that encourage teams adoption - Raise prices (eventually price out the LTD and move all revenue to recurring) 2 major product updates - - We released the the windows app and have some great early feedback.. - We launched cloud hosted dictation.. which has significantly improved the quality of the outputs.. Have a few partnerships in discussions as well.. lets see.. 🀞 Marketing wise we had a dip in organic traffic because of the last Google update.. but ive refreshed the content and seeing some recovery now.. A a few more cool things coming up in Voibe in the next few weeks that I can't share right now 🀫 Excited πŸš€

I have 5.5 months left to reach $1M ARR. Problem: I'm only at $21K right now 🫠 I still think it's doable though!!!! For the 1st time in 3 years I feel like I have everything to make http://breakcold.com pop πŸŽ‰ Bootstrapping a sales CRM is so freaking hard but I think I ate enough shit to go to the next step. I had 0 SaaS experience when I started Breakcold, I didn't even know what a CRM or CMS was. I have a podcast coming up with @floriandarroman on how to grow a SaaS when you don't have luck on your side. Stay tuned.

4 days ago I launched SpacerrX and made 4 sale. Here's what happened: β€’ 4 paying subscribers (real customers :D) β€’ 83 installs β€’ First organic SEO (small, but it's a start) β€’ Multiple feature requests from users One of the biggest lessons was onboarding. The first version clearly wasn't good enough. Three users pointed out the same issues. I listened, rebuilt it, shipped v3... and one of the next messages I received was: "Onboarding is soo much smooth and fun." And the crazy part is that I've seen products being promoted for weeks without getting a single customer. Meanwhile, I'm approaching 100 users in my first week with barely any marketing. I'll keep sharing everything the wins, the mistakes, the numbers, and what I learn along the way. Be humble. Be grateful. And keep shipping. Thank you everyone for the support πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ™πŸ»

my mac app CNVS has done over $36k in a little over a month. this is what i learned : 1. Lifetime licenses are 100x easier to sell than subscriptions. ( not the right fit for everyone ) 2. Live streaming daily FORCES you to actually show up. I was lying to myself before about marketing and shipping. 3. I built a community of 500+ vibecoders in discord, i get constant feedback everyday that has made the app 1000x better. 4. build something unique... my app is 100% voice controlled, has stunning themes that make you happy, and everything is built around the latest research from ai labs. Ai is having the same problem that the health world had 5 years ago. People are shipping non-sense products that has zero basis in research. 5. Last and probably most importantly, build a product around what is hot, marketing will feel 1000x easier. my ios app quickclaw went from 0 to $7,200 in seven days, CNVS did the same thing because I actually listened to the market.

First churn of the challenge landed this week. The number still closed up. Day 12 of 100, taking LinkedMash to $2k MRR with AI agents. Current: $201.50. Week 2 revenue, honest version: MRR went $189.50 to $201.50, up 6.33%. It peaked at $215 on Wednesday, then one customer churned (about $14) and pulled it back down. So the challenge counter dropped, $215 to $201.50. First time it's moved the wrong way. What held the line: the GEO work is compounding (801 crawler hits last week, an article, answer pages), and a paid user's bug got fixed and shipped the same day, so he stayed instead of leaving. Net for the week: up, even after eating a churn. The graph that only goes up is the one hiding the churn.

Postiz reached $154k MRR! I can't say it was easy. One of the things that made that happen was the distribution (marketing) and positioning. I shared most of the marketing tactics I have used, and I think they can give you some ideas for your startup. I mostly talk tactically, which means I don't say "post five times per day" without telling you what to post, so I think it can enrich your knowledge. I share my steps from: $0 -> $3k MRR $3k -> $12k MRR $12k -> $21k MRR $21k MRR -> $154k MRR

GojiberryAI just crossed $300k MRR! We are growing by 30% per month and will probably hit $6m ARR at the end of the year. Why do most AI startups never make it past $1k MRR... while others scale to millions? After building GojiberryAI, I realized it has very little to do with better features. It comes down to two simple thing. If you're building a startup, pay attention.

30 days ago I launched Waykee. Today it's at $350 MRR. The bad news: paid acquisition isn't working yet. We're spending roughly $2.50 to generate $1 in revenue, so I've paused ads for now. That's okay. I'd rather fix retention, improve the product, and find a repeatable growth engine than force unprofitable growth. Building in public. β˜€οΈ

WE'VE DONE IT - $1800 MRR πŸŽ‰ This is unbelievable, we are adding around $100 MRR every 2.5-3 weeks now.
