4 days ago I launched SpacerrX and made 4 sale. Here's what happened: • 4 paying subscribers (real customers :D) • 83 installs • First organic SEO (small, but it's a start) • Multiple feature requests from users One of the biggest lessons was onboarding. The first version clearly wasn't good enough. Three users pointed out the same issues. I listened, rebuilt it, shipped v3... and one of the next messages I received was: "Onboarding is soo much smooth and fun." And the crazy part is that I've seen products being promoted for weeks without getting a single customer. Meanwhile, I'm approaching 100 users in my first week with barely any marketing.
