30 days ago I launched Waykee. Today it's at $350 MRR. The bad news: paid acquisition isn't working yet. We're spending roughly $2.50 to generate $1 in revenue, so I've paused ads for now. That's okay. I'd rather fix retention, improve the product, and find a repeatable growth engine than force unprofitable growth. Building in public. ☀️
